Kumarahoū flower steam + Native kawakawa poultice + hot kōhatu/stones + full body mirimiri massage Whakahaumanu Restorative Journey 🪶 An intuitive woven healing session attuned to your sacred body’s wisdom We will begin our ritual by sitting in council with your body, honouring where you currently are, your wairua & whakapapa toto lines. Sharing kōrero with a cosy mug of warm rongoā tī & native herbal supports crafted for your tinana. You will be taken to our room lit by candlelight Grounding your waewae/feet into our copper bowl infused with pounamu, native flowers + oils, hand harvested sea salts & massaged with our Kawakawa scrub. Gently we will move onto the tēpu into a deep rhythmic nurturing healing touch full body mirimiri massage. An opportunity of deep surrender being held and supported with infused native herbal oils, heated ancestral kōhatu/stones from the sands of our ancestral lands of Mahia. Allowing their healing mauri to work with you. Inviting your mind, body & spirit to receive the medicinal healing energy of kawakawa as we warmly poultice your karu/eyes, whilst gently steaming your face and body with native kūmarahou flowers Cloaking and wrapping your tinana in warm herbal towel compresses. To whakanoa and ground your body back home a rongoā tī & healthy snack will be prepared for you to simply nourish. This is only but a glimpse into what this session may hold Each ritual is uniquely crafted with intention and karakia using different earthing tools, oro sound vibrations, rongoā plant medicine, takutaku incantations Allowing it to be woven as we move through our time together. Please be mindful when you book, We will not begin work on you if your are menstruating/ on your awa atua or on particular mārama/moon cycles.
