Service Description

Our feet are our sacred foundation, a contoured map. Every step, every scar, every arch tells a story of the intricate landscapes that reside in your tinana, shaped by the weight of your journey. To ground the body, we must first look after the roots that support and hold us. This beautifully curated ritual is an invitation to honor your foundation that holds you. A sensory clearing designed to release heavy, stagnant energy and restore a sense of absolute calm from the earth up. We begin by tending to your feet immersing in a warm copper bowl of healing pounamu charged wai, infused with organic magnesium salts to melt muscle fatigue, alongside hand-harvested native plants, homegrown botanicals, and flower essences to realign your energy. The physical release deepens with a warm kawakawa salt foot scrub to gently polish the skin and stimulate vital circulation. Shedding what no longer serves. This is followed by a slow, deep intuitive foot and calf miri (massage) melt and a warm native plant compress to soothe tired arches. To close, your feet are enveloped in a healing hot towel flower essence treatment, sealing in the botanical medicine and leaving you feeling profoundly anchored, light, and beautifully restored
